No cutting, splicing, or professional installation required — simply connect to your existing factory harness connectors and go.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis harness is used for adding the Baja Designs 3\" cube lights into your rear bumper on your AEV.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis harness is a relay style harness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA relay style is needed as the reverse system, does not support the extra load on the circuit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eComes with the correct connector for the baja squadron lights.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you are using a different style light, you can simply remove those connectors from our harness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHere is a link to the AEV site for the lamps and brackets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFits 24-26 HD models INSTALL: Harness will plug inline at either taillight to body harness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis connection is located at the rear frame rail at either side of the truck.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDisconnect that connector and install the PnP portion into it and connect back together.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt that point you can mount the relay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe relay does not need to be grounded, we just recommend that you install it where it won't get constant exposure to water or salt.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce that is done you will install the Posi-Loc.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt the backside of the trailer connector, you will see a group of 7 wires.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe white wire is the largest and the second wire is usually red\/green stripe or orange.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is the wire you will want to install the posi-loc onto to.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eUnscrew the cap, opposite the wire side and install the cap over the power wire, then screw the housing onto the cap.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOnce you have verified that everything is working you can wrap that posi-loc in electrical tape or apply some silicon sealer to it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe have found on some 25 models that there is a black wire and that is actually the power wire, not all models but some.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYou will not need to purchase the harness from them.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003ePlease verify your specific model year and trim before ordering.
