The 2014-2015 GMC Sierra DRL (Daytime Running Light) Wiring Harness is a plug-and-play wiring solution built specifically for the K2 Gen (2014–2018) GMC Sierra. No cutting, splicing, or professional installation required — simply connect to your existing factory harness connectors and go.
This harness will remove DRL function from your headlamp and can either leave it so your Sierra has no DRL's or we can make it so your fog lights become your DRL's.
If you choose to have your fog lights as your DRL's you also have the option of keeping the fog lights on with the highbeams.
This harness is needed when installing HID or LED headlight bulbs into your GMC Sierra as there is less voltage during DRL mode which can play havoc with the HID and LED bulbs.
This harness is intended for 2014 (1500) -2015 (All) GMC Sierra's without the SLT package.
If you choose to move the DRL function to your fog lights, your fog lights will still operate properly at night via the factory switch.
This harness allows for normal headlight function at night except that you will lose the ability to have just your parking lights on.
Anytime the parking lights are now on, your headlights will also be on.
If you are planning on running either stock flog lamp bulbs or LED fog lamp bulbs, our harnesses will work fine.
Follow the above and there is one more connection point that goes in between the bumper harness and body harness, this connection point is located behind the bumper near the center point on the passenger side.
Simply unplug and plug our harness inline and re-connect.
- If you plan on running HID fog lamp bulbs please contact us before ordering as we can make a custom harness that will power those as well.
- Will not work on 2014 (2500/3500 HD Models) May not work on Canadian models.

A: Orders are processed within one business day of placement. Standard domestic shipping generally ships within 7-10 business days for stock items. Please note that custom items do generally take longer for production and is noted on the product pages. Additionally, due to the ongoing logistics and supply chain challenges, some items do occasionally go on backorder due to unexpected delays relative to receiving and processing. Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may deliver to you in separate packages as we ship from multiple locations around the country depending upon where the inventory is located.
