Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on shipping, orders, payment, and how to reach a real person in Charlotte, North Carolina.
If your question isn't answered here, email us at help@truckstoreonline.com with your order number and we'll get you a real answer. For anything involving a return, an exchange, or an item that arrived damaged or incorrect, our Store Policies page has the full details.
Shipping & Delivery
Most of our parts ship directly from the manufacturer, which shapes most of the answers below.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is a real expense, and our goal is to keep yours as low as we can. It's calculated at checkout based on what's in your cart, and you'll see the amount before you place your order. Oversized items may carry an additional charge, which is noted on the product page.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within one business day. Standard domestic shipping generally ships within 7–10 business days for stock items. Custom items take longer to produce, and that production time is noted on the product page.
Two things worth knowing: items occasionally go on backorder because of supply chain delays outside our control, and if your order contains multiple items they may arrive in separate packages on separate days, since we ship from multiple locations depending on where the inventory sits.
Is expedited shipping available?
Not at this time. We're only able to offer standard shipping options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification by email. You do not need to purchase, download, or use the Route app to track your order — that's an optional feature of the Route Package Protection service, not a requirement.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. During checkout you'll have the option to send your order to a different address.
Why Does My Order Say “Fulfilled” If It Hasn't Shipped?
“Fulfilled” at TruckStoreOnline.com means your order has been received, reviewed by a member of our team, and sent to the appropriate channel for fulfillment. It is not the same as shipped.
We always send a separate Shipment Confirmation & Tracking email once your order is actually on its way.
Orders & Payment
How and when you're charged, and how we handle your information.
When is my credit card charged?
At the time the order is placed. We aren't able to charge your card at the time of shipment.
Is my personal information kept private? Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes to both. Your personal information is kept private, and it is safe to use your credit card on our store.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process most orders within one business day, the window is short — contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what's still possible. Cancellation terms are covered in full on our Store Policies page.
International Orders
We ship worldwide, with a few things to plan around.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes — we're happy to serve customers worldwide. Your shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Customs & Duty Fees
Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and they are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. We'd strongly recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
International lead times and the full terms around refused or returned international packages are covered on our Store Policies page.

Will a part fit my truck?
